RETROSONIC are a high energy 4 piece covers band based in Christchurch playing classic and current rock hits. Experienced muscians and the dynamic Mandi Miller out front on lead vocals. Whether you have a small club or a large function venue RETROSONIC are the band you need.
MANDI MILLER (lead vocals) - Originally from Oregon USA Mandi is a certified vocal instructor teaching both privately and in schools. With great on stage appeal, interacting with the audience with state of the art wireless equipment Mandi is a 'high energy' front person and sure knows how to work a crowd!
MARK WILSON (lead guitar, vocals) - An accomplished Guitarist / Singer, handling lead and rhythm guitar with ease. He also sings some lead vocals and had a hit song on NZ charts with The Androidss, which has recently been re-released.
ALLAN CATERMOLE (drums, backing vocals) - One of Christchurch's best drummers. His versatility and professionalism has lead him to play with some of NZ's legends and in 2008 he toured Australasia as part of the John Denver Tribute "Whisper in the wind".
NICK LAMBERT (bass guitar, backing vocals) - An experienced Bass Player / backing vocalist with loads of feel and enthusiasm. He played with a couple of top Auckland cover bands before moving to Christchurch
Nick is not your 'ordinary' Bass Player - he loves to be out front and part of the action!

RETROSONIC interact with audiences and songs are aimed to get people dancing!
They are popular with ALL ages and are available for clubs, pubs, weddings and corporate events / functions.
RETROSONIC played as part of the Wild Foods Festival in Hokitika 2008 & 2009 and are scheduled to play there again in 2010. They have also just played as part of the New Years Celebration in Wanaka 2009/2010 - so they are certainly a brillant band!
